2020 Presidential Election: The entire election staff would like to thank everyone that came in to vote in person that wore their masks and followed safety procedures to help keep our staff and voters safe during the Presidential Election on Tuesday, November 3rd. Pine Grove Township had a record breaking turnout, 1,748 out of the 2,475 registered voters. The Election workers would like to again thank all our voters for their patience and kindess during the election as we know waiting in line is never easy and we had a line from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. A big thank you to all of our Absentee Ballot Voters as well. Voting in the safety of your own homes is reassuring to many of our voters! The Election staff work diligently to make this election go as well as possible and worked very hard to make sure every vote counted and was here at the township making that happen for 20 hours. A HUGE THANK YOU to our Election Inspectors Kayla Bailey, Betty Block, Rebecca Laws, Debbie Marculis, Katie Marculis, Nyla Merrill, Connie Miller, Amy Showerman, Marcia Young. And most of all, Michelle Meert, your Township Clerk, with her endless hours and determination, to whom the entire election process would not be nearly as successful without her. - written by Deputy Clerk Debbie Marculis
